Welcome to Oakwood Middle School Athletics

OAKWOOD 2023/2024 ATHLETIC REGISTRATION 

Please upload a copy of a valid physical in Dragonfly when completing registration. Physicals must be submitted on the NCHSAA physical form. Other forms will no longer be accepted. Please make sure all information is filled out completely on the physical form including signature lines. 

Please  select any or all sports your athlete may try out for when completing a registration.

 Any student participating or trying out must have an UP TO DATE physical and an online registration completed. In order to be eligible students must have passed 7 out of their 8 courses in the previous semester and have been present 85% of the days in the semester.
