Randy Marion Implements Extra Precautions to Keep Customers Safe

During this time, the Randy Marion Automotive Group has implemented extra precautions, at all locations, in order to keep our employees and customers as safe as possible.  We have increased our cleaning crews and added wall hand sanitizers throughout the buildings, placed social distancing tape and signs to remind people to stay six feet apart, and have kept high traffic areas clean throughout the day. In our service departments, we have used methods such as steering wheel covers to help keep everyone safe. We have been following the updates of COVID-19 and the CDC recommendations, as well as Governor Cooper's orders during this time.

In order to make car buying during this time easier and safer, all of the Randy Marion Automotive dealership locations have implemented more help for online buying and allowing customers to stay home. Customers can browse through our inventory on our websites, choose the car they want and give us a call or submit their information online.

A salesman will walk them through the entire process over the phone and the customer can then choose to come by the dealership to pick up their vehicle, or have it delivered right to their home. Customers can also schedule service appointments online and elect to have their vehicle picked up from their home and returned back to them afterwards. These procedures allow customers to stay home and stay safe.
