Registration Forms: All athletes interested in trying out for a fall sport must have a registration form completed online at:

Physicals: Students must also have a valid physical. Physicals are good for a year from the date in which they occur.

Eligibility: Rising 6th graders are automatically eligible for the fall season upon entry into middle school. 6th graders are not eligible for Football.  Eligibility is checked each semester. Rising 7th and 8th graders must have passed 6 out of 7 courses in the spring semester (may not fail more than one class) and have been present 85% of the school days.

23-24 WIMS Winter Sports Practice/Tryout Dates: 
(practice schedules will be handed out pending tryout status)

• Boys Basketball:  (10/31) after school till 5pm & (11/2) 5p-6p
• Girls Basketball:   (10/31) 5p-6p & (11/2) after school till 5pm
• Wrestling: (10/31) after school till 5pm. (Practice Daily)
• Winter Cheer 2023:  (10/31) & (11/2) after school till 5pm

**For basketball starting at 5:00p students will meet directly after school in the Health Room for study hall and wait for their tryout time.

2024 WIMS Spring Sport Tryout Dates: TBA

• Boys Baseball: February 7th After school till 5pm
• Girls Softball: February 7th After school till 5pm
• Boys Soccer: February 7th After school till 5pm
