Date: October 22, 2016
Price: $25 a team. Money raised from entry fee will go to athletics programs.
Time: 10:00 am (Arrive at 9:30am to set up)
Location: Back lot of the school & football field weather permitting. Boards can be dropped off there but please park in front of the gym. |
Cash Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and possibly 3rd place.
Amount of money rewarded to top 2 teams will be based off of total number of teams registered. 1st place will double entry fee.
In recognition of North Iredell Middle Schools 25th Year Anniversary this year the athletics programs are celebrating by holding a cornhole tournament at North Middle that is open to ages 10 all way to you Old Timers! If we have enough younger ages, we will have a tournament just for those ages in order for it to be fair. All you have to do is bring your partner and boards & bags if you have them so that we can have as many games going at once as possible. When pre-registering please notate that you have boards and are willing to use them.
This is going to be a fun filled event as we will have music and other activities. North Iredell Outdoor Club will raise money by having concessions with hot dogs, walking tacos, etc. Cheerleading will raise money by hosting a face-painting for kids along with a community yard sale also on campus. Our Truth Girls will be doing a bake sale to help raise money for their club.
Rules will be single elimination no bust in games with one-time option to buy back in upon elimination at $25 dollars.
If it were to rain the tournament will be held in the gym.
